Different minds.
Better supported.

NeuroWing helps organisations move from neurodiversity awareness to measurable neuroinclusion. We identify gaps in how neurodivergent employees are supported, train managers to respond effectively, and measure whether support is actually improving the employee experience and business outcomes.

01

Neuroinclusion that changes everyday work.

Audit what's actually happening in your workplace, then give managers and teams the understanding to act on it. Four levels, depending on how far you want to take it.

  • SnapshotNeuroinclusion auditA structured audit of your workplace, with a written report on your baseline, the gaps that matter most and where to start.
  • Snapshot PlusAudit + tailored presentationEverything in Snapshot, plus a presentation of your findings to leadership or managers, built around your own results.
  • ProgrammeQuarterly training and supportA year of neuroinclusion training and support, delivered quarterly and tailored to what your audit shows.
  • PartnershipMonthly, with 1:1 manager supportMonthly training and support, including one-to-one sessions for managers, shaped around what you want to include.
  • Add-on1:1 coaching for an employeeA block of six accredited coaching sessions for a neurodivergent employee, alongside any level.

Enquire for pricing

Pricing depends on the level you choose and the size of your organisation. Every enquiry includes a free basic neuroinclusion audit — we use your answers to recommend the right level and send a tailored quote.

  • Single sessions or a block, whichever suits
  • No diagnosis needed, and nothing you have to disclose before you're ready
  • Confidential and online, from wherever you are

The neuroinclusion audit.

Every organisation engagement starts here. The audit is a structured look at how your workplace actually supports neurodivergent employees right now — not a survey that sits in a drawer, but a baseline you can act on and measure against.

Not sure where you stand yet? The enquiry form includes a free, two-minute basic audit. Dali reviews your answers personally and uses them to recommend where to start.

Support the person.
Improve the system.

The gap isn't in the person — it's in the environment. Improve the environment, and the numbers follow.

No surprises. Ever.

Uncertainty is the thing that stops people getting in touch. So here is exactly what happens after you send the form — every step, in order.

  1. You send a short form

Share as much or as little as you like — there is no minimum, and nothing you write commits you to anything.

  2. We get back to you

By email, or by phone for organisations who'd like to talk it through. Organisations get pricing and next steps; individuals get session information, pricing and a direct booking link.

  3. You decide in your own time

No follow-up chasing, no sales sequence. If you want to think about it for three months, that's genuinely fine.

  4. We start where you are

First session or first workshop is about finding the real friction, not running a script. You set the pace throughout.

I built the support I always needed but never received.

Common questions.

Is this a diagnosis or treatment service?

No. NeuroWing provides practical structure and coaching support. It does not replace clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or care from a qualified professional.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. You can enquire whether you have a formal diagnosis, are awaiting assessment, or simply relate to neurodivergent experiences.

What actually happens in a first session?

We work out where the friction actually is. There's no assessment, no homework you haven't agreed to, and nothing you have to disclose before you're ready. If you'd rather spend the first session just talking through how your week goes, that's a perfectly good use of it.

Will my employer see what I discuss?

If your employer offers NeuroWing as a benefit, they receive aggregated usage data only — never information tied to your identity or the content of your sessions. The exact arrangement is always explained upfront.

Is everything online?

One-to-one coaching is online, so you can attend from wherever you are. Organisation training can be delivered online or on site anywhere in the UK.

What do you do with what I write in the form?

It's used only to answer your enquiry, and it's never shared or sold. The full detail — including how long it's kept and how to have it deleted — is in the privacy notice at the bottom of this page.

Privacy notice — what happens to what you send us

Who's responsible

NeuroWing (dali@neurowing.co.uk) is the data controller for information submitted through this website. NeuroWing is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, and holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance of £1,000,000 each.

What we collect and why

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address and whatever context you choose to give. We use it for one purpose — to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the service you asked about.

The organisation form also includes a short basic neuroinclusion audit. Your answers describe your organisation, not any individual, and are used only to prepare our recommendation and quote.

The coaching form has an optional question about diagnosis status. That counts as health information under UK GDPR, so we ask for your explicit consent before processing it, and you can leave it blank without affecting anything.

Legal basis

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for responding to your enquiry.
  • Explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)) for any information about your neurodivergence or health.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, Inc., a US-based processor, and then held in NeuroWing's email account. We don't sell your details, share them with advertisers, or pass anything to your employer. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the coaching relationship runs, plus the period required for insurance and professional obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time — email dali@neurowing.co.uk and we'll action it within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
